President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, on his birthday.

In his message, the Turkmen leader praised the Tajik leader's personal contribution to the country's development and strengthening its position on the international stage:
