State Concern Türkmenhimiýa, on behalf of the tender commission, announces a repeat open international tender for the procurement of material and technical resources for the needs of the Bereket Iodine Plant.

Lot No. 4 – Vehicles, Tractors, Special Equipment, Assemblies, and Spare Parts

Lot No. 5 – Chemical Products and Auxiliary Materials

Lot No. 7 – Miscellaneous Procurement

Participation Requirements and Application Procedure: Interested companies are invited to contact: Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, Archabil Shyoly, 132, Turkmenistan Industrial Complex, 4th Floor, Room 417, MTCS, State Concern Türkmenhimiýa.

To participate, companies must:

Submit a written application indicating their intent to participate in the tender. The application must include the participant’s full name, legal status, country of registration, and company details. (Applications from companies registered or holding bank accounts in offshore zones will not be accepted.)

Review the Law of Turkmenistan “On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works, and Provision of Services for State Needs” and the extract from the “Rules for Conducting International Tenders” of Türkmenhimiýa.

Obtain the technical assignment.

Obtain the tender documents package by paying $500 USD (excluding VAT and banking fees) for participation in the tender, provided free of charge.

Deadline and Requirements for Submissions: The deadline for tender proposals is within 30 (thirty) working days from the publication date of the tender, no later than 4:00 PM local time. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Submission Format: Tender proposals must be submitted in two sealed envelopes:

The first envelope contains technical proposals and specifications.

The second envelope contains the commercial proposal and terms.

Electronic Attachments: The tender envelope must include scanned copies of all documents in PDF format and the specification in Excel format.
