Oriented on making people closer

Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, who is on a visit to Azerbaijan, visited the Alley of Honor in Baku on July 16.

The National Leader of the Turkmen people honored the memory of the founder of the modern independent state of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev and laid a wreath on his grave.

Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov also honored the memory of the outstanding ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva, laying flowers on her grave.

The Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan also visited Victory Park in Baku, where a guard of honor was lined up in honor of the guest, AzerTaj reports.

Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov laid a wreath at the monument. The distinguished guest was then given detailed information about Victory Park, opened on November 8, 2024.
