Oriented on making people closer

The "Lebapnebitgazgözleg" expedition of the State Corporation "Turkmengeology" plays a key role in replenishing Turkmenistan’s hydrocarbon reserves.

Specialists from this expedition are actively involved in the exploration and development of valuable hydrocarbon resources within the country. In particular, they are conducting scientific research in the western region, where significant progress has already been made.

Recently, the drilling of exploratory well No. 1907 at the Goturdepe field was successfully completed, reaching a depth of 3,975 meters. The final phase of work is currently underway. It is expected that this well will yield an industrial flow of crude oil, which will make a significant contribution to the country’s economy.

The drilling team, led by Magtym Mahmudov, has many years of experience working in the Balkan region, where they have already helped increase resources at other sites. The modern drilling equipment, purchased from China, ensures high performance and quality of work. In the near future, the drilling of a new well, No. 1908, is planned.

Thus, the "Lebapnebitgazgözleg" expedition not only contributes to the increase of hydrocarbon reserves but also plays a significant role in the economic development of Turkmenistan.
