The state concern "Türkmennebit" announces international tender
On behalf of the Tender Commission for the selection of suppliers (contractors for goods, works, and services for the oil and gas sector of Turkmenistan), the State Concern Türkmennebit announces International Tender No. 166. The tender aims to develop proposals for the provision and introduction of paraffin deposition inhibitors to clean asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits (ARPD) from the inner walls of pump-compressor pipes (PCP) in wells, oil pipelines, and to maintain dosing stations at Türkmennebit wells.
All interested suppliers are invited to submit their applications to the following address: Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, Archabil Avenue, 56, 4th floor, State Concern Türkmennebit. Please note that applications from participants registered or holding bank accounts in offshore zones will not be accepted.
Tender participants are required to:
Submit an application stating the full name of the participant, their legal status, country of registration, and contact details;
Familiarize themselves with the Law of Turkmenistan "On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Execution of Works, and Provision of Services for State Needs", the excerpt from the "Tender Rules", and the list of required documents for participation in the tender;
Obtain the lot specification, technical requirements, and key contract terms;
Receive an invoice for a payment of 1,725 USD (including VAT) or the equivalent in Turkmen manat.
Tender applications will be accepted for 30 working days from the official publication of the announcement in the «Нейтральный Туркменистан» newspaper, but no later than 16:00 (local time) on the 30th working day. Proposals submitted after the established deadline will not be considered.
