A specialized economic exhibition of the Islamic Republic of Iran, attended by dozens of Iranian companies and government departments, has opened in the exhibition hall of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan.

The first thing that attracts attention at the show is the samples of the Iranian automotive industry. Six modern Iran Khodro cars produced in Iran are located right in the exhibition hall and are of particular interest to visitors, the ORIENT correspondent reports.

Motorists and local companies are also eager to get acquainted with the advantages of car parts and consumables produced in a neighboring country.

To date, Iran Khodro has a subsidiary branch in Turkmenistan, where new Iranian cars with zero mileage are being sold. The country also has an official service of the automaker, where you can service and repair cars, buy spare parts and consumables for them.

The cost of Iranian cars varies from $ 9 to $22 thousand. The warranty on them, depending on the configuration, is provided for a period of 1 to 3 years.

Iran Khodro is engaged in the production of Renault and Peugeot cars, as well as trucks and buses in Iran. In the near future, the Iranian automaker intends to launch the production of electric vehicles.

Turkmenistan and Iran have a solid potential for developing cooperation in the fuel and energy sector. Swap deliveries of natural gas to Azerbaijan are an example of successful cooperation in this direction. The energy departments of Iran are represented at today's exhibition, which demonstrates the country's readiness to further establish cooperation in this area.
