The significance of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality was discussed at the Fourth Antalya Diplomacy Forum

Geldymuradov, participated in the work of the Fourth Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF-2025). This high-level event took place at the "Nest" Congress Center in Antalya, Republic of Turkey.
As is known, the annual Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF) represents an initiative aimed at creating a broad dialogue platform for the exchange of views on pressing global and regional issues, the search for answers to contemporary challenges, and the development of new effective avenues for cooperation.
On the sidelines of the forum, a series of thematic sessions were organized, allowing participants to exchange opinions on topical issues of international cooperation.
In his address during the session "Cooperation, Digitalization and Development," H. Geldymuradov noted that by consistently implementing a foreign policy course based on the principles of positive neutrality, which has received broad support from the international community, Turkmenistan makes a significant contribution to strengthening constructive international cooperation in the name of universal well-being and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
At the same time, it was emphasized that at the initiative of Turkmenistan, the UN General Assembly declared 2025 the "International Year of Peace and Trust", which became a vivid expression of recognition for Turkmenistan's activities aimed at ensuring global peace and sustainable development.
In addition, within the framework of its participation in the session, the Turkmen delegation focused on issues of developing cross-border infrastructure projects, the use of international transport corridors, and digital transformation.
The head of the delegation of Turkmenistan also drew the attention of the participants to the importance of Turkmenistan's initiatives on the creation of a Global Atlas of Sustainable Transport Connectivity and an Alliance for Global Energy Security and Sustainable Development, as well as on the development of a Global Framework Program for the Transition to a Circular Economy.
Furthermore, within the framework of participation in the diplomatic forum, a meeting took place between the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan H. Geldimyradov and the President of the Council of Higher Education of the Republic of Turkey (YÖK) Erol Özvar.
During the meeting, the parties discussed opportunities for increasing cooperation in the field of science and higher education, including issues of holding joint events in educational institutions of Turkmenistan and Turkiye.
