The initiative to establish this camp was proposed by the President of the People's Republic of China, Xi Jinping, during the summit commemorating the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the five Central Asian countries in January 2022.

The camp provides a platform for strengthening friendship and cooperation among young leaders from China and Central Asian countries, enhancing the leadership qualities of youth, and promoting the development of the younger generation.

During their visit to China, participants will also have the opportunity to engage in activities designed to familiarize them with Chinese culture.
