Oriented on making people closer

From October to December 2024, students of the Academy of State Service under the President of Turkmenistan completed online courses on human resource management as part of the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding on the development of cooperation between the State Academy of Turkmenistan under the President of Turkmenistan and the Human Resources Office of the President of the Republic of Turkey.

The online seminars were conducted by experts from the Human Resources Office of the President of Turkey.

This document covers the organization of significant events aimed at enhancing cooperation and the professional development of civil servants, including expanding collaboration in human resource management, developing joint training programs, conducting distance learning sessions, and organizing training courses for instructors and students.

During the online training sessions, discussions were held on topics such as "Strategic Human Resource Planning", "Competencies Required in Management", "Managing Opportunities", "Key Methods of Data Analysis and Management", and "Digital Learning Practices". The online seminars also focused on the importance of strategic human resource management, the impact of personnel management in organizations through the full utilization of workforce potential, key skills required by managers worldwide, the use of digital technologies in human resource management, and the application of digital tools in personnel management.

The organization of such seminars is crucial for the development of mutually beneficial cooperation in human resources and the development of digital networks in civil service.
