Representatives from Turkmenistan participated in a regional online seminar titled "A System for Evaluating the Performance of Teaching Staff in Educational Institutions of Agencies Involved in Border Management".

The seminar was conducted within the framework of the Border Management Assistance Program in Central Asia (BOMCA 10).

It aimed to enhance the participants' skills in methods for evaluating teaching staff performance, as well as in utilizing evaluation results for the personal and professional development of educators. Particular attention was paid to issues of career development planning for employees.

An expert from the Higher Border Institute of the Border Troops of the Republic of Tajikistan discussed key approaches and methods of evaluation, and shared experiences in applying them to educational activities.

This training is part of a series of online trainings organized by the BOMCA program within the framework of the consortium of educational institutions of border and customs agencies of Central Asian countries, as well as the agreed training plan for the region in 2024".
