Oriented on making people closer

On August 11, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Akhmet Gurbanov held a meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to Turkmenistan Ji Kyu-Taek, who is completing his diplomatic mission in the country.

During the farewell meeting, the diplomats summed up the results of fruitful cooperation over the past two years of the Ambassador's work in Turkmenistan. The parties highly appreciated the level of Turkmen-Korean relations and discussed the prospects for their further development in the political, diplomatic, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres.

Akhmet Gurbanov expressed deep gratitude to Ambassador Ji Kyu-Taek for his personal contribution to strengthening bilateral ties. He also wished him success in his future activities.

In turn, the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea thanked the Turkmen side for the comprehensive support and assistance provided to him during his work in Turkmenistan, which became the key to the successful completion of his mission, according to the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
