The EBRD Export School opened with a seminar on assessing the readiness of businesses to supply abroad

Training has begun in Ashgabat within the framework of the Export School of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, which is intended for export-oriented enterprises. The training activities are funded by the European Union.

The Export School program will familiarize novice exporters with the basics of export activities, help them take the first steps in foreign trade and prepare for confident entry into foreign markets.

The first session was devoted to assessing the company's readiness for export. It includes searching for answers to such questions as "Why do you export?", "Is there a demand for your product in other countries?", "What exactly do you want to achieve by exporting?" and others.

The next seminar is scheduled for June 15, and the last of the seven trainings will be held on July 27.

The Export School is a project implemented within the framework of the "Consultations for Small Businesses" program of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Turkmenistan jointly with the MCT Agency consulting company. Seminars and consultations are conducted by leading consultants in various business issues. Participation in the Export School is free thanks to EU funding.
