The unopened iPhone of 2007 went under the hammer at auction for almost $ 200 thousand. The device was released during the period when Apple was headed by Steve Jobs.
The model with 4GB of memory is unique in that it quickly ceased to be produced after the start of sales, and was put up for auction in unopened form, with a factory seal and not broken packaging tightness.
The buyer gave $190,372.80 for the smartphone. A total of 28 applications were submitted for the purchase. The final cost of the device is almost 400 times higher than the original price of $ 599.
The 2007 iPhone with 4GB of memory cost the new owner the largest amount ever given directly for the phone.
