TURKSOY Secretary General Sultan Raev emphasized that the festival introduced theatrical productions in a new format and marked another step forward in cultural cooperation.

TURKSOY international theater festivals traditionally serve as a platform for the exchange of experience among theatrical troupes of the Turkic world, helping to strengthen fraternal ties and preserve shared cultural heritage. In 2025, Aktau was named the cultural capital of the Turkic world, and hosting the festival added special significance to this status.
