President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent warm congratulations to Oleg Kononenko, Hero of Turkmenistan, instructor-cosmonaut-tester and commander of the cosmonaut corps of the Yuri Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center.

In his message, the head of state conveyed to Oleg Kononenko his sincere wishes for good health, long life, happiness and family well-being.
