Oriented on making people closer

In anticipation of the World Expo 2025, which will be held on Yumeshima Island in Japan from April 13th to October 13th, 2025, the organizers are actively engaged in the training of guides.

It is expected that approximately one thousand guides will be working at the Expo, serving up to 220,000 visitors daily. The guide training program encompasses skills in communicating with international tourists, utilizing automatic translation devices, and providing assistance to individuals with disabilities.

It will be important for the guides to demonstrate friendliness and hospitality towards visitors.

Members of the Organizing Committee for Expo 2025 have expressed their hope that the guides will be able to derive maximum benefit from these sessions and ensure a high standard of service at the exhibition.
