Registration continues for 29th International Conference and Exhibition "Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan - 2024" (OGT 2024), held in Ashgabat on 23-25 October, 2024. Fueling international collaboration and highlighting investment opportunities, the event has already attracted over 100 delegates from 20 countries confirming their participation.

Organized by the State Concerns "Turkmengas", "Turkmennebit" and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan, OGT 2024 serves as a platform for regional dialogue on the sustainable development of the energy sector and attracting foreign investment to Turkmenistan's oil and gas industry.

Key Highlights of OGT 2024:

• Strengthening Regional Cooperation: OGT 2024 fosters discussions on expanding investment opportunities, exploring the next stages of the Galkynysh gas field development, optimizing production at mature fields, and developing offshore blocks in the Turkmen sector of the Caspian Sea.
• Focus on Sustainability: The conference delves into environmental aspects of hydrocarbon resource development, aiming to reduce emissions and promote renewable energy sources.
• Investment & Innovation: Sessions explore trends in the global energy market, commodities for the energy transition, and the role of technological innovation and human capital in unlocking investment opportunities.
• High-Level Participation: The event expects a record number of attendees, including heads of leading international energy companies, international organizations, and financial institutions.
