The Nature Protection Society of Turkmenistan is implementing a solid waste collection project in Ashgabat.

Thus, solid household waste, which can include batteries that have fallen into waste; electrical appliances; varnishes; paints and cosmetics; household chemicals; medical waste will be collected from individuals and legal entities on Tuesdays and Fridays. Then the waste is sent for recycling.

A reward in the form of a seedling is provided for 9 kg of waste.
