The forum takes place on April 7-8 in St. Petersburg at the Baltic House Theatre.

"Big Tours" is a federal program for theaters that allows them to tour outside their region. The project is supervised by the Federal Center for Support of Touring Activities and includes two large-scale all-Russian programs - "Big Tours" (tours of theaters) and "We are Russia" (tours of national groups).
