Congratulations to the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on his birthday are a clear indication of the country's high international standing. The messages from heads of state and government contained not only warm words but also clear signals about the importance of bilateral cooperation.

In his congratulatory message, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin noted that relations between Russia and Turkmenistan are characterized by a "deep strategic partnership." He emphasized Serdar Berdimuhamedov's personal contribution to their development and expressed confidence that active joint work will continue "for the benefit of our friendly peoples, in the interests of ensuring security and stability in Central Asia and the Caspian region."

Other Russian officials echoed these sentiments: Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin confirmed his commitment to expanding the full range of practical cooperation, while Deputy Chairman of the Security Council Dmitry Medvedev expressed confidence that cooperation would serve as a "solid foundation for jointly addressing modern challenges and threats." Chairwoman of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko also noted the President's personal contribution to strengthening relations, including their parliamentary component.

President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping recalled the recent visit of the President of Turkmenistan to China and emphasized that during their meeting, a "broad consensus" was reached, outlining areas for further strengthening their traditional friendship. He expressed his readiness to make joint efforts to "advance the construction of a Community of Shared Future for China and Turkmenistan for the benefit of our peoples."

President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan addressed his Turkmen counterpart with the words "Dear brother!" He expressed joy that their friendship, based on "common language, history, and roots," is strengthening every day. The Turkish leader also expressed confidence that cooperation will continue to develop both bilaterally and multilaterally, including within the Organization of Turkic States.

President of the Republic of Korea Lee Jae-myung called Turkmenistan his country's "key partner" in Central Asia. He emphasized that since 2008, bilateral relations have "significantly expanded and strengthened, reaching the level of mutually beneficial cooperation." Lee Jae-myung sincerely requested that special attention be given to Korean companies so that they can "make a significant contribution to the development of your country's economy and strengthen bilateral ties." He also expressed hope for a personal meeting at the Korea-Central Asia Summit in 2026.

President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon noted that friendly relations are "steadily developing in all aspects" and reiterated his deep interest in further strengthening and expanding constructive interaction and deepening the strategic partnership between our countries.

President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov praised the "friendly relations... based on mutual trust and joint development."

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev described the ties between the countries as "strategic cooperation based on the goodwill of our peoples."

In their congratulatory messages, President of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan and President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko also noted their appreciation for the friendly relations and expressed confidence in the further development of cooperation.

All leaders expressed warm wishes for good health, well-being, and success in the responsible public duties, as well as peace and prosperity to the people of Turkmenistan. These congratulations confirm the country's high international standing and reliability as a partner.
