A competition was held in Ashgabat, bringing together around 60 young engineers from all over Turkmenistan.
19.08.2025 | 10:00 |The venue for the event was Specialized Secondary School No. 13 in Ashgabat, which has an in-depth study of foreign languages. Participants presented projects for robotic boats capable of performing various tasks on the water. The competition was organized by the Main Education Department of the city of Ashgabat and the private enterprise "Döwrebap Maslahat."
The competition was held in two disciplines: "speed maneuvering" and "team ball collection." Based on the results, the best of the best were determined.
Competition Winners
1) In the "speed maneuvering" discipline:
1st place: Yasin Rakhmanov (a student at Specialized Secondary School No. 87 in Ashgabat).
2nd and 3rd places: Orazmuhammet Merdanov and Said Annaev (students at Specialized Secondary School No. 86 with an in-depth study of English, Chemistry, and Biology).
2) In the team ball collection competition:
1st place: The team from the Turkmen-Indian Center for Information Technologies. Its members were Arslankhan Toyjanov, Sergey Apresyan (General Education School No. 15 in Ashgabat), and Alikhan Akgaev (A.S. Pushkin Joint Turkmen-Russian Secondary General Education School).
2nd place: The team from the "Kämil bilim" training center (Balkanabat city). Its members were Eldar Hajylyev and Tanryberdi Gurbanov (Specialized Secondary School No. 21 with an in-depth study of natural sciences in Balkanabat) and Gajyly Hajylyev (Specialized Secondary School No. 22 with an in-depth study of English, Physics, and Mathematics in Balkanabat).
3rd place: The team from the Turkmen-Indian Center for Information Technologies. Its members were Ayhan Karyagdyev (General Education School No. 15 in Ashgabat), Ykhlas Nurmuhammedov (Specialized Secondary School No. 86 with an in-depth study of English in Ashgabat), and Yusup Geldyev (Specialized Secondary School No. 135 with an in-depth study of English in Ashgabat).
The chief judge of the competition, Ismail Khakimov, noted that the competition was an important platform for exchanging experience and demonstrating skills. The winners were awarded valuable prizes, which will serve as an additional incentive for their development in the field of high technology.
