Oriented on making people closer

In the city of Arkadag, of national importance, solemn events were held in honor of the victory of the “Galkynyş” national equestrian group of the Akhal-Teke Equestrian Complex of the President of Turkmenistan at the 47th International Circus Festival in Monte Carlo, Principality of Monaco.

The widely known team of Turkmen virtuoso riders won the main prize, as well as a number of other awards - the prizes of the youth jury, the Italian circus, the audience award, the Indian circus and a certificate of the 47th International Circus Art Festival in Monte Carlo.

During the event, congratulatory footage of the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan at a meeting with members of the “Galkynyş” group at Nice International Airport was shown on giant monitors.

Then, through the digital network, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated the famous riders on their bright performances and the well-deserved main prize and other awards in Monte Carlo.

During the ceremony, the “Galkynyş” group, on behalf of the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty and the head of the Turkmen state, was presented with cash prizes. The Decree of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov on awarding the honorary title "Türkmenistanyň at gazanan atşynasy" to the stableman - the head of the group, Serdar Pygyev, was also announced.

Members of the famous group expressed their sincere gratitude to the leaders of Turkmenistan for the high appreciation of their work, for the active care and conditions created for the widespread popularization of the national heritage, which are the incomparable Akhal-Teke horses.

The Central Council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan Named after Magtymgulyalso awarded members of the “Galkynyş” group with 10-day trips to the “Avaza” tourist zone and presented them with special equipment, sets of sportswear and a magnificent Turkmen carpet.

The award ceremony of the “Galkynyş” National Equestrian Games Group turned into a real holiday, which ended with a performance by those who were honored on this day.
