Oriented on making people closer

On January 7, 2025, a meeting was held between Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Myahri Byashimova and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkey to Turkmenistan Ahmet Demirok.

During the meeting, the parties considered priority areas of the Turkmen-Turkish agenda. The diplomats discussed topical issues of cooperation of mutual interest. Particular attention was paid to the interaction of the two countries at the sites of regional and international structures.

The Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey expressed words of gratitude to the leadership of Turkmenistan for the medal "In Honor of the 300th Anniversary of Magtymguly Fragi".

In conclusion, the parties discussed issues of holding joint events within the framework of the "International Year of Peace and Trust".
