Mark Zuckerberg, an attorney from Indiana, has filed a lawsuit against Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Meta, according to Tengri Life, which cited TechCrunch.

It turns out that the Meta CEO's namesake is a lawyer who advertises his services on Facebook. However, over the past eight years, his account has been blocked five times, as the moderation algorithms mistakenly flagged his page as a fake account of the famous billionaire.

"It's not funny, especially when they take my money. It just pissed me off," the lawyer told the Indianapolis-based television channel 13WTHR.

According to media reports, the attorney has spent over $11,000 on Facebook ads. Even after the account was blocked, money for his services continued to be deducted.

A Name That Causes Problems The lawyer says his well-known last name has long been a source of problems. He even created a website where he shares how the name "Mark Zuckerberg" has changed his life.

"I can't use my name when booking tables or conducting business. People think it's a prank and hang up the phone," he shared.

Sometimes, misunderstandings happen during business trips. For example, a limousine driver was waiting for him at a lecture in Las Vegas with a sign that read "Mark Zuckerberg," which caused confusion among the crowd.

"There was a crowd at the bottom of the escalator waiting for a completely different Zuckerberg," the lawyer recalled.

He said he regularly receives calls and messages from people who confuse him with the Meta founder, with messages ranging from threats to requests for money. However, he emphasized that he wishes no ill will toward his famous namesake and is even willing to help him as a lawyer if he ever faces financial problems.
