Fresh tomato exports from Turkmenistan to Kyrgyzstan continue to grow. In the first 10 months of 2024, tomato exports increased by 23%. This data was reported by tazabek.kg, citing the National Statistical Committee of Kyrgyzstan.

According to the source, from January to October, Kyrgyzstan imported 15.2 thousand tons of tomatoes from Turkmenistan, worth $8.9 million.

Compared to the same period in 2023, this represents a 23% increase, when 12.3 thousand tons were imported, valued at $7.6 million.
