The State Concern "Turkmengaz" announces an open tender for the procurement of material and technical resources for the needs of the State Concern "Turkmengaz".

You are invited to submit an application at the following address: Ashgabat, 1939, Archabil Shaýoly, 56, 13th floor, CPOD State Concern "Turkmengaz":

– Submit a written application (applications from companies registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones will not be accepted) expressing the intention to participate in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, their legal status, country of registration, and contact details;

– Review the Law of Turkmenistan "On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works, and Provision of Services for State Needs," an excerpt from the "Tender Procedure Rules," and the list of documents required for participation in the tender;

– Obtain the lot specifications, technical requirements, and key contract conditions. Receive an invoice for a payment of 500 (five hundred) USD or its equivalent in manat (excluding VAT and bank charges) for each lot to participate in the tender, free of charge.

Tender offers will be accepted until 15:00 local time on February 5, 2025.

Proposals received after the established deadline will not be considered. The account details for transferring the funds will be provided upon submission of the written application. A sealed envelope with the complete tender proposal (quotation), stamped with the official seal, must be delivered to the above-mentioned address starting from the date of the publication of the announcement and will be considered only after the funds are received in the account. The tender envelope must contain an electronic version of the questionnaire, the main contract conditions (in "Word" format), and the technical-economic specification (in "Excel" format).
