Newly recruited customs officers of Turkmenistan have started preparatory courses
25.02.2023 | 13:54 |The Training Center of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan has launched the first courses this year on the initial training of the country's newly recruited customs officers. This is reported by the official website of the department.
Within two months, 17 customs officers will gain basic knowledge about customs, get acquainted with the subtleties of work. In particular, they will master a large amount of information in the field of organizing customs control and procedures, combating offenses, as well as increase awareness in the field of customs payments, statistics, and information technologies used.
At the end of each thematic course, students will take a midterm test, the results of which will be taken into account during the final exam.
The testamentary control of the knowledge of the State Customs Commission of Turkmenistan is designed to determine whether the employee will continue the further service in the customs authorities of the country.
It should be noted that initial training courses are a prerequisite for every new customs officer, regardless of which department the one will serve in.
