Contracts Worth Over $3.8 Million Executed on Turkmenistan Exchange
08.09.2025 | 09:40 |Last week, 13 new contracts were registered on the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.
Foreign buyers from Afghanistan and Uzbekistan purchased liquefied gas produced by the state concerns “Türkmenhimiýa” and “Türkmengaz.” In addition, entrepreneurs from the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, and Uzbekistan purchased undyed fabric, calamus root extract, Portland cement, and aerated concrete blocks. The total value of the executed contracts exceeded 3 million 825 thousand U.S. dollars.
Local businessmen acquired polypropylene worth more than 11 million 250 thousand manats for the domestic market, as well as sunflower oil from the state concern “Türkmennebit” and cotton yarn.
The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan was established by the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan on July 29, 1994.
