Individuals who have previously received this award are not eligible for re-nomination.
Applications are being accepted until September 15, 2025, at the organization's councils in the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag, as well as in the provincial branches. Once the submission period ends, materials will be forwarded to the Central Council of the organization, which will make the final decision on the award. Applicants must submit six color photographs (3×4 cm), a completed questionnaire, and a biography in both printed and electronic form. These documents must include full name, date of birth, position, work and home addresses, and a contact phone number. A notarized copy of the passport is required, and for those who are employed, a certified copy of the employment record book must also be provided.
Additional materials proving public recognition of the candidate’s work are required, such as copies of honorary certificates, diplomas, awards, photographs, recordings of performances (on CD or DVD), and published creative works in the media. A reference letter from the nominating institution or organization is also necessary, along with a certified copy of the minutes from the relevant youth council meeting, including official signatures and stamps.
