Oriented on making people closer

On June 29th, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the State of Qatar, M. Seyitmammedov, held a meeting with Ms. Al Jowhara Yousef Fakhro, Head of the Department for Asian Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar.

During the meeting, the Ambassador noted the significance of declaring 2025 as the “International Year of Peace and Confidence” in our country and the international events organized in honor of the 30th anniversary of the permanent neutrality of our beloved homeland.

The meeting also discussed ways to further enhance the ongoing political, cultural and humanitarian relations between the two countries, as well as the composition of the delegation that will participate from Qatar in the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries, which will be held in August in the “Avaza” national tourist zone of Turkmenistan on the Caspian Sea.
