The Fuel and Energy Complex of Turkmenistan concludes the first quarter with exceeding production targets
06.04.2025 | 00:30 |In the first quarter of 2025, enterprises of the fuel and energy complex of Turkmenistan exceeded the established production plans.
This was reported to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov by Deputy Prime Minister Batyr Amanov at a government meeting on Saturday.
Specifically, the plan for the extraction of natural and associated gas was fulfilled at 104.8%, and for oil extraction – at 107.1%.
Particularly high results were demonstrated by liquefied gas producers, whose production volume increased by 117.9%.
The oil refining plan was also overfulfilled, reaching 107.1%.
Gasoline production reached 102% of the planned level.
The production of diesel fuel amounted to 100.8%, lubricating oils – 100.4%, and polypropylene – 100.1%.
The President instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to intensify efforts in exploratory drilling, increasing the volumes of oil and gas production, as well as expanding the export of hydrocarbon raw materials.
