The fair, to be held at the Xinjiang International Convention and Exhibition Center in Urumqi, the administrative capital of XUAR, is anticipated to attract approximately 2,000 participants from both China and various international locations.

Zhang Xiaoyu, Deputy Head of the Xinjiang Tourism Association, emphasized that the progression of the "Belt and Road Initiative" is generating new opportunities for tourism routes that link Xinjiang with Central Asia.

This year, the fair will concentrate on facilitating the development of cross-border tourism itineraries connecting Xinjiang and the Central Asian countries, as well as fostering collaborative efforts in the procurement of cultural tourism infrastructure.
