Oriented on making people closer

On January 23rd, a grand opening ceremony was held for a new residential complex in the Choganly residential area, located in the Bagtyyarlyk etrap of Ashgabat. The complex comprises over 90 two-story cottages. Additionally, the project included the construction of the Fire Safety Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Museum named after Malikguly Berdimuhamedov.

The event demonstrated the operation of the Central Fire Monitoring and Video Surveillance Center, equipped with advanced technologies, including drones and specialized fire prevention vehicles. The fire resistance testing center, furnished with high-tech equipment for inspecting building materials and conducting fire resistance tests, is designed to enhance quality and safety standards.

New fire trucks were also presented, intended to ensure effective response to emergencies.

Furthermore, keys to new apartments were presented to law enforcement officers. These two-story residential buildings are designed in accordance with modern standards of comfort and safety. Each house is equipped with everything necessary for comfortable living, and the landscaped grounds create a welcoming atmosphere for family recreation. The new residential complex is poised to become an ideal place for living, working, and leisure, contributing to an improved quality of life in Ashgabat.
