The National Leader inspected the Congress Center, which will become a venue for meetings at various levels within the framework of the Conference. Having assessed both the exterior and interior decoration, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov emphasized that the arrangement and equipment of the building should correspond to its status as a center of business and political activity. He gave recommendations on ensuring the most effective conditions for the work of foreign representatives, emphasizing the need for a well-coordinated organization of all processes taking into account international standards.

During the inspection, attention was paid to comprehensive coverage of the upcoming events. He was presented with projects for the arrangement of zones for theatrical performances, interactive fountains, teahouses and playgrounds. Emphasizing the versatility of the forum, the National Leader noted that the upcoming forum, which is one of the main events of the International Year of Peace and Trust, should be filled with vibrant events and memorable moments.

He especially emphasized that holding the Third UN Conference LLDC3 on the Caspian coast and organizing its cultural and humanitarian events symbolize Turkmenistan's desire to build bridges of friendship between the countries of the world.
