State Concern "Turkmennebit" is allowed to conclude a contract with EA "Iner" for the design and construction with the arrangement of adjacent territories of four 4-storey buildings with 40 apartments in each along Ruhnama Street in the city of Turkmenbashy, Balkan velayat.

It is the corresponding resolution of President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the official Turkmen press reports.

This decision is aimed at the successful implementation of the tasks defined in the "Program of socio-economic development of Turkmenistan and investments in 2024". It is also designed to improve the social and living conditions of the population and provide them with modern residential buildings.

According to the document, construction work will begin in November 2024, and the facilities will be commissioned in November 2026.
