State Concern "Türkmennebit" on behalf of the tender committee announces an international open tender No. 150 for the purchase of the following lot:

Lot No. 2 - General plant, technological, drilling equipment You are invited to the following address: Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, Archabil Avenue, 56, 4th floor, SC "Türkmennebit":

– submit an application (applications are not accepted from participants registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones) about the desire to participate in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration and requisites;

– familiarize yourself with the Law of Turkmenistan “On tenders for the supply of goods, performance of works, provision of services for state needs”, with an extract from the “Rules for conducting a tender” and a list of documents required for participation in the tender;

– receive the lot specification, technical requirements and main terms of the contract;

– receive an invoice for payment of funds in the amount of 575 US dollars (including VAT) or the equivalent in manats per lot for participation in the tender on a gratuitous basis.

All interested potential suppliers can participate in the above tender. All necessary information can be downloaded from the e-mail addresses: www.turkmennebit.gov.tm, www.oilgas.gov.tm or received at the above address.

Tender proposals will be accepted within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of official publication of the announcement of this tender in the newspaper "Neutral Turkmenistan", but not later than 16:00 (local time) on the 30th business day.

Proposals received after the deadline set above will not be considered. The account for transferring funds will be indicated when submitting a written application. One sealed envelope with a full tender proposal, certified with an ink seal, must be delivered to the above address from the moment of publication of the announcement and will be accepted for consideration after the funds are received in the account.

The tender envelope must include an electronic version of the questionnaire, the main terms of the contract (in Word format) and the technical-economic specification (in Excel format).
