The State Concern “Türkmennebit,” on behalf of the tender commission, announces International Open Tender No. 157 for the procurement of the following lot:

Lot No. 3 – Electrical, geophysical, monitoring and measuring equipment, communication tools, and construction materials.

Interested parties are invited to contact the following address: Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, Archabil Shaely, 56, 4th floor, State Concern “Türkmennebit”:

– Submit an application (applications from participants registered or holding bank accounts in offshore zones will not be accepted) to express interest in participating in the tender, specifying the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration, and banking details;

– Familiarize themselves with the Law of Turkmenistan “On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works, Provision of Services for State Needs,” an excerpt from the “Tender Rules,” and the list of documents required for participation in the tender;

– Obtain the lot specification, technical requirements, and main contract terms;

– Obtain an invoice for the payment of a participation fee of USD 575 (including VAT) or the equivalent in Turkmen manats per lot on a non-refundable basis.

All interested potential suppliers are eligible to participate in the above-mentioned tender.

All necessary information can be downloaded from the following electronic addresses: www.turkmennebit.gov.tm, www.oilgas.gov.tm, or obtained at the above-mentioned address.

Tender proposals are accepted within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of official publication of the announcement in the newspaper “Neutral Turkmenistan,” but no later than 16:00 (local time) on the 30th working day. Proposals received after the above deadline will not be considered.

The bank account details for transferring funds will be provided upon submission of a written application.

A sealed envelope containing the full tender proposal, stamped with the participant’s official seal, must be delivered to the above-mentioned address starting from the date of publication of the announcement and will be considered only after the funds are credited to the account. The tender envelope must necessarily include the following:

An electronic version of the application form and the main terms of the contract (in “Word” format);

– The techno-economic specification (in “Excel” format).
