As the adviser to the head of Rosmolodezh on international issues, director general of the Directorate of the World Youth Festival Daniil Bisslinger told the publication: "In each pair, one of the participants represents our country, the other - a foreign country. The dance became the embodiment of international dialogue and friendship, which is supported by young people of Russia and the whole world. This event demonstrates that there are no boundaries for young people, they want to communicate, study each other's traditions and create joint cultural and social projects."
Rehearsals took place at the RUDN University in Moscow. The International Ball Association headed by dance master Mikhail Gribov was in charge of preparing the young people. According to him, the debutants of the cultural event had only 4 days to prepare, and the entire dance lasted 8 minutes, which was a serious challenge for the newcomers.
