Turkmenistan invited to international supply chain exhibition in China

Turkmen businessmen have the opportunity to participate in the International Supply Chain Exhibition in China, which will take place in Beijing from 26 to 30 November, 2024.

CISCE is the world's first national exhibition specializing in supply chains. The main focus of the event is on services related to the "One Belt and One Road" initiative.

The exhibition will cover five key areas: smart transportation; advanced manufacturing; green agriculture; clean energy; digital technologies; and healthy lifestyles.

This year, the organizers will introduce a new sector — "Advanced Manufacturing Supply Chains".

According to Zhang Shaogang, Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, more than 600 Chinese and foreign companies will take part in the exhibition. Two-thirds of these companies are integrated into production chains.

The business program of the CISCE will feature the "Global Summit on Innovation and Supply Chain Development" and five thematic sub-forums, each focusing on one of the five main areas of the exhibition. During these events, representatives from international organizations, Chinese government agencies, domestic and foreign industry organizations, and leading enterprises will discuss ways to strengthen international cooperation in production and supply chains.

The first international supply chain exhibition was held in 2023. The event was attended by 515 companies and organizations from 55 countries.
