Oriented on making people closer

Turkmen women, embodying the multifaceted beauty of this world, have been considered the keepers of the hearth since ancient times. They play an important role in the development of the state, society and the family.

"You are not born a woman, you can only become one with time," said the French writer Simone de Beauvoir. To identify such women who have passed a certain stage of life and have achieved success in the professional field, gathered in the walls of "Türkmeniń ak öýi" in Mary.

The huge white yurt temporarily appeared before the audience as a home. The purpose of the contest, organized by the regional department of the Union of Women, is to celebrate those representatives of the Mary region who have made a significant contribution to the economic development of the region, the preservation of national cultural and spiritual heritage, and the upbringing of children. The winners of the regional round will take part in the state stage of the contest "Woman of the Year".

Among the participants of the competition are doctors, teachers, tenants, entrepreneurs, kindergarten teachers and cultural workers, representatives of local governments, military personnel and law enforcement officers. It was not easy for the jury members to make a decision, but they made their choice.

So, Maysa Anzarova won in the nomination "For success in entrepreneurship and development of market economy". A purposeful woman implements her abilities in private sector business projects.

The victory in the nomination "For contribution to the development of the village" went to Shemshat Rahmanova. The experience of farming passed down from her parents helps her to demonstrate significant results in harvesting every year.

In the nomination "For high organizational skills", the best was the doctor Amandursun Orazmuhamedova, who devotes herself to serving people every day, and in the nomination "For the preservation and development of the art of national artistic needlework" - Enejan Altyyeva, specializing in the creation of Turkmen dresses with elements of national embroidery.

Senem Berdyyeva won in the category "For spreading spiritual values and national cultural heritage in the world", showing a filigree performance of traditional music on the dutar. Teacher Gulyalek Nuryyeva became the winner in the nomination "For achievements in the upbringing of children", because not only knowledge, but also psychological skills in working with students are required from a teacher.

In the nomination "For work to strengthen the country's defense and the rule of law in society", Mayagozel Arnajumayeva, a serviceman of a military unit in Mary, a brave woman who chose to protect the interests of the state with her career, won.

All of them together make up the image of a modern Turkmen woman, socially active, professionally motivated and committed to national traditions.
