“Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar” - this is the motto of 2023 in Turkmenistan.

By tradition, at the end of the year in Turkmenistan, the motto of the next year is chosen. The slogan of 2022 was - "The Era of the People with Arkadag."

The motto of the coming year was proposed by the head of the Mejlis - the Chamber of Deputies of the National Parliament - Gulshat Mammadova at a joint meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers and the State Security Council of the country on Thursday. She informed that the motto "Happy youth with Arkadag Serdar" was chosen based on the proposals of citizens and in the process of discussing this topic at meetings of public organizations, work collectives, etc.

The President of Turkmenistan approved the motto of 2023, along with which the official emblem of the next year was adopted.
