A conference titled "Neutrality – the Foundation of Sustainable Development" was organized by the Agency of Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan to mark International Neutrality Day and the 29th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent Neutrality status.

A grand opening ceremony was held for the newly built three-story office building of the Gyzylarbat district branch of the Pension Fund of the Balkan region under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Turkmenistan.
