Oriented on making people closer

In the near future, Azerbaijan will host the Days of Turkmen Culture. This was announced by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, during the 12th Summit of Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).

The National Leader of the Turkmen people emphasized that cultural and humanitarian cooperation occupies a special place in the structure of relations within the OTS. According to him, it plays an important role in preserving, developing, and promoting the unique national characteristics and spiritual values of Turkic peoples.

Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov proposed intensifying efforts to hold joint cultural events, including Days of Culture, theatrical performances, exhibitions, and film screenings.

The Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan stressed that the Days of Turkmen Culture are planned to be held in Azerbaijan in the near future.
