In June 2025, the "Alp tehnologiýa" Economic Society introduced a new mobile application for self-paced English language learning, titled "Dilkent – her wagt, her ýerde!"

The application is available for both iOS and Android, with additional information accessible on its dedicated website - dilkent.com.tm.

Dilkent caters to both beginners and users with pre-existing English knowledge, offering courses that can advance learners to the C1-C2 (Advanced) proficiency levels. The app facilitates English language acquisition through Turkmen and Russian interfaces, and it has no age restrictions.

Lessons within Dilkent are structured around a self-learning methodology, empowering users to develop skills for independent acquisition of other subjects in the future. The program initially employs audio and interactive images for instruction, followed by interactive quizzes and various exercises to reinforce the material.

Each lesson introduces new vocabulary relevant to the topic. A key feature of Dilkent is the provision of AI-generated assignments after lessons and material reinforcement. These assignments are designed to help users achieve accurate and clear English pronunciation. The AI identifies errors in spoken phrases and prompts users to repeat them until correct pronunciation is achieved.

Distinctive features and rewards

Unlike many other English language learning platforms that tend to focus solely on either practice or grammar, Dilkent offers comprehensive opportunities in both grammatical understanding and practical application.

Upon completion of all lessons within the application, users can take a final online test. Successful completion of this test qualifies the user for a Dilkent certificate.

Furthermore, users earn points for completing assignments during their learning journey. These points contribute to a ranking system for the most active and successful Dilkent users. At the end of each month, users who secure the top positions in the ranking receive various prizes.

To begin using “Dilkent”, users must first install the application from Google Play or the App Store. Registration requires a phone number, name, date of birth, and place of residence. The initial lessons are provided free of charge to familiarize users with the app's methodology and interface. Subsequently, a monthly subscription fee of 100 Manat is required to unlock access to all learning materials.
