Subject competition announced for high school students
The Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan together with the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography in honor of the International Year of Peace and Trust announced a subject competition "Education - the Path to Success" among students of grades 10-12 of secondary schools.
The competition will be held in two stages in the subjects: mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology. The first stage will be held in the format of a television competition through the SMS system and the website turkmentw.gov.tm.
The questions will be presented in a test form. Students who correctly answer 50 out of 60 questions will have the right to participate in the second stage of the competition. The final stage will be held in Ashgabat. Participants who reach the final will receive special SMS notifications and will have to appear in person.
Winners of subject competitions held during the 2024–2025 academic year by higher education institutions of the country, as well as finalists of state subject Olympiads and members of the national team sent by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan to international competitions, can participate immediately in the second, final stage without passing the first selection.
The winners of the competition will receive diplomas and incentive prizes from the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.
