Oriented on making people closer

The “Turkmenaragatnashyk” Agency is constantly working to develop a competitive digital economy and further improve the interaction of science, technology and production. The Agency creates ample opportunities for encouraging and supporting a new generation of talented scientists in Turkmenistan, and ultimately for introducing new digital products developed by leading Turkmen specialists in IT technologies.

In this regard, the Agency, developed by specialists of the Turkmenaragatsikh Agency and talented young people studying in the “Sanly Çözgüt – IT meýdança” economic society, has launched a service for electronic acceptance of applications for permission to import radio-electronic means (mobile phones, Wi-Fi routers, etc.) imported from abroad into the territory of Turkmenistan on the official website of the Agency mincom.gov.tm.

The Russian and English languages have been developed for this service of the open portal of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan "Single Window". Applications and permits received electronically also include codes for radio-electronic means and high-frequency equipment in accordance with the Commodity List of Foreign Economic Activity, as well as codes for other documents necessary for the work of the sector.

Currently, an information technology base has been created in the Agency and applications are actively accepted only through the official website mincom.gov.tm, and all permits issued by the "Turkmenaragatnashyk" agency are sent to the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan via a digital system. Documents are sent via an internal IP network.

This database created by the "Turkmenaragatnashyk" agency contains all information about radio-electronic means imported from abroad, including permits, customs documents, brand, model, quantity of equipment, and factory and IMEI numbers of each.
