Upon the arrival of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan Deryageldi Orazov and city mayor Gulshat Mammedova reported on the work being carried out, presented the design elements of the future park, the International Akhal-Teke Equestrian Complex and other projects.
At a meeting with these leaders, the head of the Khalk Maslakhaty heard reports on the current state of affairs in the second stage of the development of the new city, the pace of construction of industrial enterprises of the medical cluster.
Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of high-quality and timely construction of industrial buildings. He especially noted the need to effectively use local materials and modern construction technologies. Instructions were given to speed up work on the second stage of the new city's development. Key attention should be paid to the construction and equipping of medical facilities in Arkadag, keeping this issue under constant control, the National Leader of the Turkmen People noted.
Arkadag City Khyakim Gulshat Mammedova spoke about the progress of settling residents in new houses. The city is also actively preparing for the upcoming holidays and cultural events.
On behalf of the women of the new city, the Khyakim expressed gratitude for the signing of a document on the payment of cash gifts to women and girls by March 8 at a government meeting held on February 21. The handing over of keys to new comfortable apartments to large families of the city of Arkadag is timed to the holiday. Mammedova proposed to name, at the request of local residents, the avenue from the Polatly sculpture to the Taychanak roundabout in honor of the master-seis Aba Annayev.
Having given instructions on preparations for the opening of the new avenue, the National Leader of the Turkmen people noted that the proposal to name the street after Aba Annayev should be submitted to the Khalk Maslakhaty for consideration.
Then Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov visited the Arkadag City Communications Department, where Director General of the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers Mammetkhan Chakiyev reported on the activities of the department and the introduction of digital technologies.
The projects of the railway and bus stations of the city of Arkadag were demonstrated here. It was emphasized that the railway station will be built using the latest technology, taking into account all modern requirements and the best world practices. The management of the entire complex, including control over the work, will be fully automated based on the latest technologies.
The new bus station will be no less impressive. Its construction, external and internal decoration will correspond to the most advanced architectural solutions. Particular attention will be paid to the design of the main building and, of course, to the comfort of passengers.
The railway and bus stations will be equipped with solar panels. Their installation will be financed by a grant from the Asian Development Bank. Solar panels will continuously supply electricity to the control and lighting systems of the station complexes, ensuring their autonomy and environmental friendliness. The project is being implemented jointly with the Turkmenaragatnashyk Agency.
The National Leader of the Turkmen people noted the importance of choosing high-quality and powerful solar panels that meet the latest technological standards. He emphasized that the use of scientific achievements and advanced world experience is a key principle for the development of transport and communication infrastructure. Keeping up with the times is the main task in these areas today.
Mammetkhan Chakiyev asked the Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty for a blessing to launch high-speed 4G+ Internet in Arkadag. With the blessing of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, 4G+ technology was officially launched in the city.
A report was presented on preparations for the introduction of even more advanced 5G technology in Arkadag. Preparations for its launch are currently in full swing. The Turkmenaragatnashyk Agency has already carried out the necessary activities. Huawei base stations have been installed in the city to test 5G.
5G is a key technology for managing a "smart city" and "smart home". It will give a powerful impetus to the development of industrial complexes, healthcare, education, agriculture and other areas, thanks to the capabilities of the digital network. High-speed 5G Internet will cover all areas of Arkadag, making work in different areas truly efficient. The stable operation of 5G will be ensured by the artificial communications satellite "TürkmenÄlem 520 E", guaranteeing the necessary frequency band.
