On February 3-4, 2025, a delegation from the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan visited Doha, the State of Qatar, on a working visit.

According to the information provided on the agency's website, the purpose of the visit was to establish bilateral cooperation in the fields of tourism and migration, as well as to conduct negotiations in these areas.

Members of the Turkmen delegation held meetings with representatives of the relevant Qatari authorities. The parties discussed the prospects and opportunities for bilateral cooperation between Turkmenistan and Qatar in the field of migration and expressed their best wishes for the success of the important work being carried out in this direction.
