The State Concern "Turkmennebit", on behalf of the tender commission, announces an open international tender for the procurement of the following lot:

Lot No. 3 – Electrical, geophysical, control and measuring equipment, communication equipment, and construction materials

You are invited to submit your application to the following address: Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, Archabil Avenue, 56, 4th floor, SC "Turkmennebit"

– to submit an application (applications from participants registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones will not be accepted) expressing their desire to participate in the tenders, indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration, and details;

– to familiarize themselves with the Law of Turkmenistan "On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works, Provision of Services for State Needs", with an extract from the "Rules for Conducting a Tender" and a list of documents required for participation in the tender;

– to receive the lot specification, technical requirements, and basic terms of the contract;

– to receive an invoice for payment of funds in the amount of 575 US dollars (including VAT) or the equivalent in manats per lot for participation in the tender on a non-refundable basis.

All interested potential suppliers may participate in the above tender.

All necessary information can be downloaded from the following email addresses: www.turkmennebit.gov.tm, www.oilgas.gov.tm or obtained at the above address.

Tender proposals are accepted within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of official publication of the tender announcement in the "Neutral Turkmenistan" newspaper, but no later than 4:00 PM (local time) on the 30th working day.

Proposals received after the above deadline will not be considered.

The account for transferring funds will be provided upon submission of a written application. One sealed envelope with a complete tender proposal, certified with an official seal, must be delivered to the above address from the date of publication of the announcement and will be accepted for consideration after receipt of funds into the account. It is mandatory to include an electronic version of the questionnaire, the main terms of the contract (in "Word" format), and the technical and economic specification (in "Excel" format) in the tender envelope.
