Oriented on making people closer

The Department for State Registration of Legal Bodies of the Ministry of Economy of Turkmenistan has introduced an automated system for electronic applications, which will allow businessmen to register their businesses online.

The innovation will accelerate process of state registration, re-registration and liquidation of legal bodies. In the near future online service for remote payment for registration and prolongation of licence of businesses will be also organized.

The Ministry of Economy develops a digital database of the Uniform State Register of Legal Bodies with which help the order of their registration will be simplified, writes TDH news agency.

The new system will eliminate superfluous barriers, relieve citizens of additional expenditure and necessity of personal reference for any instances.

Recently regional departments of state registration have been united by a general local network. It has simplified the system of coordination of documentation between structural divisions of the organisation in areas and Ashkhabad.

On the website of the Ministry of Economy the information on documents which are required for registration of legal bodies is also placed, samples of necessary application forms and other helpful information are published.
